By visiting this website, purchasing any artwork, or proceeding with an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Sale in full. No separate signature or checkbox is required.

1- Copyright Ownership

All copyright in every artwork remains exclusively with Julia Guizani — the buyer acquires only the physical painting.
The buyer may not reproduce, print, copy, or distribute the work without the artist's prior written permission.

2- What the Buyer May Do

Display the original painting privately in a home or office.
Share personal photos of the work on social media, with clear credit to Julia Guizani.
Resell the original physical painting only.

3- What the Buyer May Not Do

Reproduce, print, or make copies of the artwork in any form.
Use the artwork in advertising, products, or commercial materials.
Modify the artwork or create derivative works.
Claim authorship or credit themselves as the creator.
Mint, tokenize, or create any NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or blockchain-based digital asset from this artwork or any reproduction of it.

NFT & Digital Rights ClauseAll digital rights — including the right to create NFTs or any blockchain representation of this work — remain exclusively with Julia Guizani. Unauthorized minting constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action. A separate written license must be obtained from the artist for any digital or commercial use.

4- Payment & Shipping

Payment is required in full before shipment, processed securely via Wix Payments.
No VAT is applied — this is a private sale by an individual artist, not a commercial business.
Paintings ship within 15 business days of confirmed payment.
we strongly recommend choosing full shipping insurance to avoid any damage risks in transit.

5- Authenticity Guarantee

Every painting is sold with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Each work is guaranteed to be an original, hand-painted piece created solely by Julia Guizani.

6- Commercial Licensing

Any commercial use — including print, advertising, NFTs, or digital reproduction — requires a separate license agreement and fee.

7- Privacy & Data Protection

Only essential data are collected — solely to fulfil your order.
Your data is never sold to third parties.
EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) customers may request deletion of their data at any time.
